We provide pest management solutions for many of Wisconsin's most common pests, including rodent, ants, spiders, mice, rats, cockroaches, stinging insects, fleas, boxelder bugs, stink bugs, and more. For most residential clients we do not require a contract that will lock you into service with us for a period of time unless requested. We believe our service should earn your business. Many of our services are available without long-term contracts, while some ongoing prevention plans are offered for customers who want year-round protection. In some cases like flea treatments, bedbug treatments, or some tricky situations we may require a service agreement but that is only for the service you are getting and does not lock you in financially.

3

We offer pet-conscious treatment options and will always explain any precautions that should be taken before or after service. Your family's safety is always a priority. What is the difference between a Wasp and a Hornet?

12

Hornets are actually a type of wasp, but they tend to build larger enclosed nests and can be more defensive when disturbed. Paper wasps build open umbrella-shaped nests, while yellowjackets often nest underground or inside wall voids. Proper identification helps determine the safest and most effective treatment.

Do you exterminate Honey Bee Hives?

13

We often spend hours trying to locate a hive removal specialist even at our expense who is willing to come out on short notice or who can convince the home owner to wait. After we have exhausted this option, we have to decide if this is a health and or safety risk to the family or the community or if the hive is even accessible to remove in the first place. If these conditions exist then sometimes it is the most responsible choice.

How Can I Keep Stink Bugs Out Of MY House This Fall?

14

The best defense is prevention before temperatures begin to cool. Sealing gaps around windows, doors, siding, and utility penetrations helps reduce entry points. Exterior preventative treatments can also help discourage stink bugs from moving indoors for the winter.

Why are there so many spiders in my basement?

Basements are typically cool, dark, and undisturbed, making them ideal environments for spiders. They also tend to attract insects, which serve as a food source. Reducing moisture, minimizing clutter, and controlling other insects can significantly reduce spider activity.

How often should my home be treated for pests?

The ideal schedule depends on your property and the pests you're dealing with. Many homeowners benefit from seasonal preventative treatments, monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly service while others may only need service when a specific issue arises. We'll recommend a plan based on your home's unique needs. We recommend thinking about this as an insurance plan.

Absolutely. Prevention is a major part of effective pest management. In addition to treating current pest problems, we'll identify conditions that may be attracting pests and recommend practical steps to help reduce future infestations.

What’s the best time of year for preventative pest control?

21

Preventative pest control is most effective before pest populations become established. In southeastern Wisconsin, spring is an excellent time to begin protection against ants, spiders, and stinging insects, while late summer and fall treatments can help prevent mice, stink bugs, and other overwintering pests from moving indoors. We strongly recommend winter services to keep pests at bay so spring is a breeze.
