Text Messaging Policy

Text messages sent and received by WanderBug LLC will be for the purposes of communicating pertinent information regarding scheduled services, pest management related topics, property access, billing, etc.

Any personal information gathered via text messaging will never be sold or shared with non-affiliated third parties and will be used only for internal purposes related to and consistent with WanderBug LLC’s business practices.

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent,  and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from WanderBug LLC or WanderBug Pest Management. This includes SMS messages for conversations (between employees), conversations (external). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at https://www.wanderbugllc.com/policies. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.


CancelLations // Missed Appointments

Cancellations or changes to appointments made within 24 hours of a scheduled service will me moved to a future time slot at the customers request and at the discretion of WanderBug staff.

Missed Appointments (Confirmed appointments) where WanderBug staff travels to and appears on location for an appointment which is either missed, unable to be accessed due to an obstruction, animal, or unsafe condition, or which is canceled at the time of service will result in notation and count towards an allowable 3 missed appointments within a 365 day period before automatically canceling any future appointments.

WanderBug staff reserves the right to refuse service for any reason at any time. If a refusal to service is administered by WanderBug staff, no charges will be placed on the client, for that service.

Missed Appointment Fee, If a missed appointment is rescheduled, a 35.00 fee will be applied to the original cost of that service to recoup time and resources related to the aforementioned missed appointment.


Payments // Billing

Payments for owner occupied or tenant occupied paying WanderBug LLC directly will be required to pay for services at the time of service or in advance.

Billing: WanderBug LLC accepts Net 30 +1% arrangements by establishments, organizations, companies, government entities, or non-profit organizations and the discretion of WanderBug LLC, its members or staff.

Payments made after the 30 day mark will incur a fee of 1% daily up to 60 days post the allotted 30 day payment period at which point legal remedies may be pursued to recoup lost income.


Returned checks // Bounced Credit Card Payments

Returned checks or bounced credit card payments will incur a $20.00 fee

SMS Terms & Conditions

1- SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from WanderBug Pest Management, you may receive messages related to the following: 

  • Conversational purposes.

Example: "Hello, Your technician is on the way for your service. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from WanderBug Pest Management at any time."

3- Message Frequency:

"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your Conversational purposes."

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from WanderBug Pest Management in the following way:

  • By submitting an online form

6- Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

7- Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at info@wanderbugllc.com 

Additional Options:

  • If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
